What we need from you
The Domain Name
Your name or the name of your limited company or organisation (the Registrant)
Your trading name if you are trading under a different name (eg sole traders, partnerships)
Your registrant type: eg individual, sole trader, partnership, limited company, registered charity, club or association
For charities and companies, your charity or company number
Name, address, email address and phone number of a contact person.
Your confirmation that you agree to Nominet's terms and conditions (https://nominet.uk/nominet-terms)
Your confirmation that you agree to our Key Terms (see below)
When renewing, we will ask you to confirm that these are still accurate.
What you charge for the domain-name related services you provide
Domain names registered and renewed with Nominet (the .UK registry) are charged at £20 for a one year term.
This charge also covers any changes to your domain during the registration period.
How you deal with expired and expiring domain name registrations
Approximately two weeks before expiry we will issue an expiry notice to the email address to the account associated with the domain.
How you can renew a domain name and the basis on which you will be charged for maintaining your domain name registration
We can renew a domain for the above rate up to a maximum of 10 years at any time just contact us and on receipt of payment, we will process the request.
Transferring your domain names to a new Registrar, or otherwise terminating your contract with us
If you wish to transfer to an another Registrar, contact us and we will process the request free of charge Alternatively If you want to cancel your domain contact us and we can mark the domain as not required.
Customer Service Level
You can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about registering or renewing a domain, make changes to your domain or for any other request. We monitor our email system during business hours, 5 days a week. We will do our best to answer your request and respond within 24 hours (M-F) or less most of the time. We do not provide phone support but we'd be happy to answer any questions you might have over email! Please include any information you think might be helpful.

Complaints and appeal procedure
We strive to deal with all past, current and future customers in a professional and courteous manner. However, if you have any complaints about the way we have dealt and you wish to make a formal complaint, please email us email@example.com with the full details of your issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the results of our complaint it can be escalated to Nominet – visit https://www.nominet.uk/complaints/ for further details.
If you have become aware of abuse originating from a domain on our tag, you can report abuse to firstname.lastname@example.org giving details of the domain name, the nature of the abuse and any additional information you think might be helpful for us to investigate.
